Q: Do you provide insurance? If so, what is your coverage?
A:
We provide standard insurance at no extra cost. This insurance is mandated by Ministry of Transportation & values all lost or damaged goods at sixty cents per pound per item. Most of our customers find standard insurance sufficient. Additionally, if you have renters or homeowner's insurance, you may already be covered or be able to purchase coverage policy through your personal insurance agent. . Additional insurance is available and preferred by owners of high-end items – please call our office for details.


Q: Can you tell me exactly how much my move will cost me?
A: Generally, the cost of the move is estimated over the phone. Our sales agents have many years of experience and routinely provide accurate estimates over the phone or via email if you provide detailed and reasonably accurate information. However, we can also estimate your move in person if requested
or necessary.


Q: How far in advance do I need to book my move?
A: The end of the month is by far the busiest time to schedule a move, so please contact us well in advance to make sure that we have availability. Weekends are also the preferred move days, so if you have the flexibility to move during the week, we can often accommodate moves with shorter notice or last minute requests
.

Q: Do you do background check for your employees?
A: We only employ regular, full-time crew. We screen and train our employees very carefully as they are the backbone of this business. We take pride in running the tightest, best crew possible. We do the quickest job possible, no questions asked. In fact, you will be surprised at the rate the employees work – running up and down stairs and packing trucks is what they do every day.And they are good at it!


Q: What are the payment methods?
A: We accept cash, checks and credit cards.


Q: How do I get the most accurate quote?
A: You can request a free quote by visiting our Free Estimate page and emailing us with the information we request (for maximum efficiency and closest quote, please be prepared to provide us with as much detailed information as possible). We try our best to accommodate all requests – please be advised that we tend to be busiest at the end of the month, so advance bookings are preferred.
